GONE+HUNGER+LIES+PLAGUE+FEAR+LIGHT=A amazing series

The gone series is about a town called Perdido Beach,and a super natural change accrues leaving the town with no adults (people over 15) and the town trapped in a dome,known as the FAYZ (fall out alley youth zone) and quickly food is running out,and to add to the disaster people are developing powers,super natural powers.Quickly it becomes a battle for the remaining food and power over the town.

Terms:

There are multiple terms used by the inhabitants of the FAYZ;

FAYZ– Fallout alley Youth Zone.

Zeke– A worm/snake like creature with razor sharp teeth designed to bore through human flesh

Greenie– The flying snakes whose spit can cause parasitic ants to grow inside the kids.

Bugs – The bugs that result from the Greenies spitting on a person.They grow inside the victim eating them from the inside out. When grown- within less than twelve hours, they are said to be the size of a van.

Moof– Mutant Freak- A term used to describe people with super natural abilities

Chud-Another insult to describe  people with super natural abilities

Freak-The “moof”

The Power– a supernatural ability.

‘Berto– The currency used by the inhabitants of the FAYZ

Sammy Sun– The power that Sam has to make “Suns”- Little balls of green light that are known as “Sammy Suns” Sam discovers this ability before the happenings of the FAYZ, when, stressed out and scared, alone in his room, he creates one, out of fear of the dark
